- Pascal 140 with pressure range between 0,013 bis 0,4 MPa of determination of macro pores and
- Pascal 440 with pressure range between 0,1 bis 400 MPa of determination of meso pores
(Fa. Thermo Electron Corporation, Milano, Italy)
Evaluation methods and targets:
- determination of cumulative pore volume of measurement range
- determination of pore diameters und distribution (registration of pores between 4 nm and 116.000 nm diameter)
- calculation of porosity und density
- calculation of specific surface taking as a basis different models of pores
- determination of particle size and -distribution between 0,01 and 330 µm
Application examples:
- Determination of cumulative pore volume, pore diameter and distribution of porous bead cellulose
